How To Tell If A Guy Likes You

Why does it have to be so hard to tell if a guy likes you? Why can’t we just walk around with flash cards that read “let’s hook up”? Well, we don’t and never will, so we have to use our intuition and brains to figure out the signs that he likes you. This can be a difficult task and there’s no way to be sure that you won’t get turned down, but there are a few warning signs that will lead you in the right direction.

Signs That He Is Into You

When he is around you, does he mention other women? Of course he knows other women and is friends with other women, but if goes out of his way to leave out any information about other women, friends, in his life you can be relatively certain that he is doing it for a reason. They don’t want you to think that they have other love interests, and want to reassure you that the only girl that he wants is you.

Did he give you all of his contact information? If he goes out of his way to make sure that you know how to get a hold of him at any time of the day, this usually means he wants you to get a hold of him at any time of the day. Writing his number down on a piece of paper, giving you his card, giving out his email address or all of the above can indicate that he wants you to contact him so you can get together again.

If he likes you, he’ll want to carry on the conversation at any cost. He’ll say dumb things to keep the conversation going. He doesn’t want that awkward silence because it means that maybe you guys have nothing in common and you’ll walk away. They’ll usually just come out with the first thing that pops into their heads, and it may be a ridiculous thing to say, but take it as a sign that he is into you and wants to keep talking to you. So just let it go and keep the conversation going.

Smiling at and laughing at just about anything that you say will give you a good sense that he likes you. If he didn’t like you, and you told a bad joke he wouldn’t feel obliged to laugh at it and tell how great that joke is. If he likes you, he’s going to laugh whether he thinks the joke is actually funny or not. It’s not about the joke, it’s about making sure that you know he is into you.

There are tons of signs he likes you that you can look for. If you want to bypass all of these suggestions, you can simply say “do you like me?” But if you’re not that brazen, pay attention to the signs and move in when you think the time is right. It will all work out in good time.
